Replace TokenManager with tokenmanager in all paths

When importing the entire TokenManager project as a Go module into another project, protobuf files cannot be generated dynamically. To address this issue, these files have been integrated into the codebase.

Add tests

Since the Sonar job is now executed in the TokenManager, this yml file is no longer required.
