Update Angular dependencies to latest stable version

We need to update the Angular dependencies to the latest stable version (v18).

PLease be careful and stay on angular-material v2 (do not upgrade to v3 as this will effect our theme).

For all other dependencies, check if we can update to a newer (and stable) one --> if possible, please update.
