Multiselection and bulk edit

as-is situation in case of a high number of eCMRs that need to be deleted or moved into the archive section, every eCMR needs to be processesed one-by-one.

proposal: multiselection with a tick box on eCMR level and top left "select all":

options to archive and delete multi-selection in top right corner and replace "create new" and "import"

By clicking on one of the two options a pop window should come up where the user needs to confirm the action.

e.g. Do you really want to delete "# //count" selected eCMRs? Yes/No "Do you really want to move "# //count" selected eCMRs to archive? Yes/No
