Simplify configuration and application properties

It would be wonderful to set up the default configuration so that it is possible to run the NE:ONE Docker image in the development/evaluation environment, as simple as

docker run -p 8080:8080 git.openlogisticsfoundation.org:5050/digital-air-cargo/ne-one:latest
