User can request audit trail for LO

As a participant of the internet of logistics, I'd like to be able to request the audit trail for a particular LO.

Acceptance criteria

• An audit trail for a particular LO can be requested under LO_URI/auditTrail
• A date/time window for audit trails can be specified as optional parameter. The referred date/time is the one of the hosting server.
• The date/time format for the query parameter uses the ISO-8601 format (without ":"). Example: YYYYMMDDThhmmssSSSZ
