Full support for embedded Logisitics Objects

• POSTed Logistics Objects can contain embedded LOs
• Server will store all LOs and create additional structures like audit trails, ACLs and events for each of them.
• In case of an error, the whole request will be rolled-back.
• Server hecks, if all included LOs contain an ID. If not, the server creates an external ID.
