Concept for publish/subscribe

The publish/subscribe mechanismn for logistics objects lacks a concrete use case which documents a conrete message flow and addresses open questions. In preparation of the first pub/sub-implentation, this story aims to

Acceptance criteria

• Concrete message flow for a publish/subscribe scenario documented (via e.g. sequence diagrams or other feasible methods).
• Open questions along this message flow are documented and can be addressed with the stakeholders during the current sprint.
• Results of documented flow and addressed open questions serve as input for a the initial pub/sub implementation.
