replace quarkus banner with NE:ONE banner
Would be nice, to replace the Quarkus banner on startup with a NE:ONE banner: see https://quarkus.io/guides/getting-started#banner
use "NE : ONE" and Banner Font: slant @ https://devops.datenkollektiv.de/banner.txt/index.html
